4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree not to:
Use services for illegal purposes
Provide false or misleading information
Interfere with systems or platforms
Violate third-party platform policies (e.g., Meta, Google)
5. PAYMENTS
Fees are agreed before engagement
Payments must be made on time
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
We provide systems and strategies, but:
Results (leads, sales, ROI) are not guaranteed
Performance depends on your offer, market, and execution
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials remain property of Build with POL until fully paid
Upon payment, usage rights may be granted unless otherwise agreed
8. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
We may use third-party tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Zapier).
We are not liable for their outages, changes, or restrictions.
9. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate services if:
Terms are violated
Payments are missed
Abuse or misuse occurs
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build with POL is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or revenue
Business interruption
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Build with POL harmless from claims arising from:
Your use of services
Violations of laws or third-party rights
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
For international clients, disputes may be resolved through mutual agreement or arbitration before litigation.
